Shipping Policy and Potential Delays

We do everything we can to ensure your packages arrive timely and safely. While we are unable to guarantee your specific delivery date, we remain committed to providing timely and reliable service. 

Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. During holiday seasons and special sales events shipping may take up to an additional 5 to 10 business days due to carrier delays. For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. All orders placed on weekends or after our normal business hours may not be processed and shipped until the next business day. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm Mountain time.

Free Shipping 

We offer FREE Shipping on all US orders $35 or more (excluding taxes). FREE Shipping offer is only available for orders shipped in the Continental United States and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, oversized packages, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands.  

We also offer FREE Shipping on all Canadian orders more than $75 USD (excluding taxes). 

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to International destinations.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your products and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
